Our Campus Support team are currently looking for a Campus Creative Oversight to join the team at our Perth Campus. This role will be responsible for the recruitment and development of volunteers within the Creative Team, including CT, fostering a strong team culture, and providing pastoral care and leadership. Ensure that all creative elements across services and events are executed with excellence, aligning with the church's vision and contributing to an atmosphere of faith. Other aspects of this role include: Leadership & Pastoral Support Recruit, train, and develop a team of volunteers serving with creative. Create and communicate clear development pathways for volunteers to grow in their roles and responsibilities. Identify and train leaders to oversee specific service areas and support creative activities within the campus. Provide pastoral development to the leadership team and offer ongoing care to volunteers and leaders within the Creative community. Build strong team culture across gatherings, i.e. Team Nights. Conduct regular and effective training sessions to enhance the competence and confidence of the Creative Team. Engage with the Youth to mentor and support their development. Build strong team discipleship culture, i.e. Connect Group engagement. Team Building & Creative Execution Build high-quality teams capable of supporting the creative elements across services and events. Collaborate with CP and central creative teams to plan and create programs for key church events, e.g. Vision Sunday, Easter, Christmas, etc Develop engaging and aligned song lists, creative moments, and video elements that enhance the communication of the gospel message. Services & Operations Oversee the completion and communication of service rosters, ensuring team empowerment, development, and strength on- and off-platform. Ensure a smooth execution of all creative and technical aspects. Manage creative moments and service elements to align with current church initiatives, ensuring consistency across all platforms. Collaboration & Strategic Planning Regularly report to the Campus Pastor and Creative Leadership on key aspects of the Creative Team’s performance, incl. sunday services, team development, pastoral care, finances, training, and rostering. Coordinate with relevant leadership to develop and implement effective strategies for the direction and growth of the Creative Team. Ideally, the successful candidate will bring : Experience in leading, caring for and pastoring people is essential. Tertiary qualifications in areas of Theology or Christian Ministry are desirable. Minimum 2 years key volunteer leadership role. Proven track record of team building health in previous placement / role. Experience in creative arts, production, and/or worship ministry.
