Responsibilities
* Lead the FP&A team to develop and manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
* Provide accurate financial analysis and governance to support decision-making by management and stakeholders.
* Coordinate month-end and year-end financial reporting related to FP&A activities.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial performance and reporting efficiency.
Qualifications
* CA or CPA qualification or equivalent experience in FP&A roles.
* Experience in financial planning and analysis within a public sector or local government environment preferred.
* Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
