Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and resilient Office Manager to oversee administrative operations at our Caloundra HQ and provide coordination support to our other locations.
Responsibilities:
* Manage administrative support for internal IT teams across our offices.
* Contribute to the planning and review of office services, setting priorities and office service standards.
* Allocate human resources and manage facilities and office assets
* Work closely with HR to coordinate hiring processes, address internal workplace issues, and support future team expansion, including oversight of our offshore call centre in Fiji.
* Maintain office records, payroll, and financial compliance using Xero
* Liaise with IT support teams and external partners to facilitate resolution of problems
* Ensure compliance with WHS and relevant legislation, policies and procedures
Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
* Diploma or equivalent (AQF Level 5)
* Minimum 3 years' experience in office management or administration
* Proficiency in MS Office and Xero
* Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills

Pay: $76,515.00 – $90,000.00 per year
