About the role: Work on a varied caseload of family law matters, including parenting, property, separation, divorce and financial agreements. Advise clients through emotionally sensitive and often complex matters with empathy, confidence and commercial judgment. Draft correspondence, court documents, agreements and advice under the guidance of experienced senior lawyers. Liaise with clients, counsel, experts and other professionals throughout the life of a matter. Build long-term capability in family law, with mentoring and progression opportunities available as the team continues to grow. The ideal candidate: Associate-level family lawyer with solid experience across parenting and/or property matters. Comfortable managing client relationships and working across sensitive, high-emotion matters. Strong drafting, communication and organisational skills.
