We're on the lookout for a Casual Chef to join our team at our fully licenced Driftwood Restaurant, at the Ingenia Rivershore Holiday Park.
Driftwood Restaurant at Ingenia Rivershore Holiday Park offers a relaxed coastal dining experience, where fresh ingredients and great service come together to create memorable meals for holidaymakers and locals alike.
Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, this hands-on role will see you help craft high-quality dishes, support our Head and Sous Chefs, and ensure smooth kitchen operations; from managing stock to maintaining top-tier ingredient standards, helping us deliver exceptional experiences for our guests and residents

In this Role, You'll
* Assist in delivering consistently high-quality meals alongside our Head and Sous Chefs.
* Oversee food ordering, rotation, and storage to maintain freshness and efficiency.
* Champion a clean, safe, and well-organized kitchen environment.
* Collaborate with your team, contribute ideas, and help foster a positive kitchen culture.
* Adhere to WHS standards and handle equipment and chemicals responsibly.
You're Likely a Match If You
* Hold relevant chef qualifications, food safety certification, and HACCP knowledge.
* Have proven experience in busy kitchens, with strong cost management and composure under pressure.
* Are clear, collaborative, and open to feedback.
* Are comfortable with the physical demands of a fast-paced kitchen.
* Are confident in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
