We're seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to oversee and lead a dedicated Palliative Care unit in Adelaide. This is a chance to guide a passionate team, ensure excellence in end-of-life care, and support patients and their families with dignity and respect.
About the Role
* Provide clinical leadership and operational management to the palliative care team
* Ensure best-practice, person-centered care in line with national standards
* Drive continuous improvement in care delivery and service outcomes
* Foster a supportive, learning-focused environment for staff
* Engage with patients, families, and external partners to ensure seamless care
About You
* Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
* Demonstrated experience in palliative care
* Strong knowledge of end-of-life care principles
* Excellent communication and people management skills
* Commitment to continuous improvement and clinical governance
* Leadership and/or Clinical Management experience; ideal
