Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Infra. Architect with 12 to 15 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Service Now & BMC Helix Integration and will work in a hybrid model. This role involves designing and implementing infrastructure solutions that align with our business goals.
Responsibilities
* Design and implement infrastructure solutions that meet business requirements and align with company goals.
* Oversee the development and maintenance of infrastructure architecture. Provide technical guidance and support to the IT team for BMC Helix and Service Now.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure solutions for BMC Helix and ServiceNow.
* Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve infrastructure performance.
* Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of the infrastructure.
* Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure processes and procedures.
* Monitor infrastructure performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
* Lead the implementation of Service Now solutions to streamline IT service management.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
* Capability development through coaching, training, and user adoption programs for infrastructure tools, BMC Helix, and ServiceNow solutions.
* Lead organization wide disaster recovery strategy, testing cycles, and resilience improvements to support business continuity mandates.
* Drive a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and automation across infrastructure and ITSM operations to enhance service quality and operational maturity.

* Evaluated and recommended new technologies to enhance performance, automation, and efficiency.
* Ensured high levels of infrastructure reliability, scalability, security, and compliance.
* Created and maintained comprehensive documentation for infrastructure processes and architecture.
* Monitored system performance, identified risks, and resolved infrastructure issues proactively.
* Led implementation and optimization of ServiceNow to streamline IT service management workflows.
* Ensured adherence to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and security policies.
* Delivered end user training and support on infrastructure tools and technologies.
* Participated in disaster recovery planning, testing, and continuous readiness improvements.
* Championed continuous improvement initiatives to modernize infrastructure operations and best practices.
