What You Will Do
At VCV Brisbane South, our Service Advisors play a key role in the success of our dealerships. We pride ourselves on providing quick and high-quality customer service.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Scheduling service appointments and organizing service work schedules
* Handling customer service-related queries via phone, email, or in person
* Ensuring customers sign repair orders to authorize repairs
* Confirming Volvo Technicians have completed repair order information to the appropriate standard
* Completing customer invoicing, warranty invoicing, and internal invoicing
* Raising purchase orders and liaising with subcontractors
* Liaising with customers regarding job status updates, variances to quoted pricing, and credit limits
* Ensuring vehicles are presented back to customers in acceptable condition and all repairs are explained
Your Future Team
You will report to the Workshop Supervisor and through to the Workshop Manager. Our team of approximately 100 consists of Mechanics, Auto-Electricians, Trades Assistants, Apprentices, Service Advisors, and Costing Clerks. We pride ourselves on running a quality and highly efficient operation in a supportive and good-humoured team environment.
You will be based full-time at our VCV Brisbane South dealership in Wacol, which is beside our Volvo Group Australia head office. This is a PM shift role, with standard hours of work from 4:00pm to 12:00am, Monday to Friday.
Who Are You?
We value your behaviours and characteristics just as much as your technical skills. Ideally, you will have:
* Experience in a similar service-focused role; however, we would still love to hear from you if you have related experience within the truck industry – administration, invoicing, warranty, or technical backgrounds
* Truck industry experience is advantageous, or similar industry experience
* A solid understanding of data entry systems, Word, and Excel
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to think on your feet
* An HR license (or the willingness to obtain one)
