As a Senior Teaching Fellow, you will: Lead the delivery of effective teaching practices and suggest approaches to innovative teaching practices to achieve student learning experiences to support success and engagement. Apply industry, clinical and/or research practice to student learning experiences, success, engagement and resources. Lead unit teaching teams and collaborate with other unit teaching teams within the course to develop and refine effective unit curricula, clinical/professional education experiences, and comprehensive learning resources. Oversee and contribute to the review of units and courses and implement refinements to enhance educational outcomes. Innovate unit-level curriculum design in partnership with unit chairs, delivering learner-centric, research-informed teaching and incorporating the latest practice knowledge across all levels and modes. To be successful, you’ll have: A PhD or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline. Excellent record of scholarly learning and teaching in UG and/or PG programs with evidence of innovative and effective pedagogical approaches. Demonstrated ability to lead curriculum development and educational enhancement initiatives. Evidence of mentoring or supporting colleagues to improve teaching practices.
