Pyng is redefining how Australians pay—zero fees, instant settlements, and real rewards for merchants and customers alike. As we grow our merchant network across Sydney, we're looking for a Merchant Success Coordinator to be the friendly face on the ground, helping merchants get set up, stay engaged, and get the most out of Pyng.
What You'll Do
* Visit and support existing merchants across Sydney to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing satisfaction
* Walk merchants through the Pyng app, QR code setup, and payment flow—hands‐on, in person
* Manage merchant records and update onboarding status in HubSpot CRM
* Create simple training materials, signage, and how‐to guides using Canva
* Troubleshoot basic operational issues and escalate where needed
* Gather merchant feedback and relay insights to the broader Pyng team
* Represent Pyng professionally at every merchant touchpoint
What We're Looking For
* Confident communicator who enjoys face‐to‐face interaction and building rapport
* Comfortable using HubSpot (or similar CRM) to log visits, update records, and track activity
* Proficient with Canva for creating merchant‐facing materials (signage, training sheets, social assets)
* Reliable and mobile—you'll be out visiting merchants across Sydney, so having your own transport is a plus
* Organised, self‐directed, and able to manage your own schedule
* Interest in fintech, payments, or hospitality—you don't need to be a tech expert, just curious and capable
* Bonus: Familiarity with QR payments, PayTo, or point‐of‐sale systems
* Bonus: Background in hospitality, retail, or customer‐facing roles
