Job Title: Clinical Lead Manager

About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team, providing clinical supervision and debriefing, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to clients. We are looking for someone with excellent leadership skills, a strong background in clinical practice, and experience in managing government funded programs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leadership and Management: Lead a team of professionals, provide clinical supervision and debriefing, and ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
* Clinical Practice: Develop and maintain clinical practices that align with best practice standards.
* Program Management: Manage government funded programs, including associated reporting and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you will need:
* A tertiary qualification in Psychology, Counselling or Social Work.
* Minimum 5 years counselling experience and eligibility for membership to the relevant professional association.
* Eligibility for membership to the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
* Highly developed clinical practices and significant experience in counselling and assessment skills involving women and children who have experienced trauma.
