Our two-year Graduate Development Program is designed to provide a smooth transition into the world of consulting. You will work alongside experienced professionals and mentors to develop your skills and knowledge, with opportunities to contribute to design teams, bids and tenders, and even participate in site work.
In your first year, you will focus on the fundamentals of consulting, building your understanding of the industry and developing your skills. By year two, you will have the flexibility to specialize in areas that interest you, whether it's technical development or leadership.
