We are seeking a Store Operations Manager to assist the Store Manager with the day-to-day management of our retail stores. This role involves leading the team, visual merchandising, managing deliveries and stock, and coaching the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the store and team in absence of a Store Manager on duty
* Support the training of the team in customer service, product knowledge, and operational responsibilities
* Encourage development with the team by providing timely feedback
