Job Overview
The Infrastructure Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of infrastructure projects. This role requires a high level of organization, technical expertise, and leadership skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets;
* Manage and coordinate the work of cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and contractors;
* Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams;
* Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as needed;
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and industry standards.
Requirements
* Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field;
* Suitable experience in project management, construction, or a related field;
* Knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall;
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
