Primary Responsibilities
1. Identify, prospect, and secure new business in target industries.
2. Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline using our CRM.
3. Travel regularly throughout Australia to meet clients and present tailored solutions.
4. Manage the onboarding of new customers (first 90 days) before handing over to account managers.
5. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to achieve outstanding results.
6. Meet and surpass new business KPIs and revenue targets.
