About the Opportunity
Our client is seeking a full-time Administration Officer to join their head office team in Loxton, South Australia. Ideally looking for someone in the Riverland or willing to relocate.
Reporting to the Office Manager, the role will be responsible for a variety of reception and administrative tasks, delivering outstanding service to customers, and support to team members. No two days will be the same in this fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Your tasks will include:
o Answering & directing phone calls & emails
o Taking orders by phone/email & data entry
o Assisting customers, suppliers, staff and other stakeholders with enquiries
o Preparation of weekly dispatches, documentation and reports
o Booking freight & recording charges for invoicing
o Supporting finance processes, Accounts Receivable & Debt recovery
o Maintaining office supplies & general housekeeping of office areas
About You

o Excellent written and verbal communication skills including a professional telephone manner
o Strong organisational and planning skills
o Ability to prioritise work and demands whilst maintaining composure
o A proactive approach and the ability to work unsupervised
o Current and valid driver's licence
o Previous MYOB experience desirable (not essential)
