Application Criteria
Candidates should explicitly address the criteria detailed in Key duties and responsibilities in their response/application. The subsequent "desirable criteria" (experience, capacity, capability, risk, VFM, etc.) relates to the broader evaluation criteria adopted by the Buyer when considering Seller responses.
Demonstrated experience: The extent to which a candidate & seller demonstrates experience of the Requirements (Role description + Key duties and responsibilities + Technical Skills).
Demonstrated capacity and capability: The extent to which a candidate & seller demonstrates the capacity and capability to fulfil the Requirements (Role description + Key duties and responsibilities + Technical Skills) to a high standard and within specified timeframes.
Risk: The risk associated with a candidate & seller, including those identified during interviews, referee reports, and non-compliance with terms and conditions.
