The Opportunity
We are recruiting two Sales Executives following recent changes within the team:
* Adelaide-based Sales Executive (covering South Australia & Western Australia)
* Sydney-based Sales Executive (covering New South Wales & Victoria)
Reporting to the Head of Sales – Cased Goods, these field-based roles are responsible for driving new business growth and managing customer relationships within the wine, beer, and spirits (BWS) industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop new business opportunities within the beer, wine and spirits sector
* Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
* Represent Hillebrand Gori at industry and networking events
* Prepare commercial proposals, pricing, and contracts
* Identify and promote value-added logistics and supply chain solutions
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity
* Maintain accurate pipeline and CRM reporting (Salesforce)
Territory Coverage
* Adelaide-based role: South Australia & Western Australia
* Sydney-based role: New South Wales & Victoria
Travel Expectations
* Regular travel across assigned states
* Occasional interstate travel for customer meetings or industry events
About You
* Proven experience in sales or a commercial / operational role
* Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously
* Beer, wine and/or spirits industry knowledge preferred but not essential
