As the business continues to grow, they are now seeking a passionate Territory Sales Representative to take ownership of the Southern Queensland market.
About The Role
We are looking for a driven and down to earth Territory Sales Representative to manage and grow a diverse portfolio across Southern Queensland, spanning both metro and regional locations. You will work closely with wholesale partners and corporate customers, presenting new ranges, nurturing long standing relationships and identifying opportunities to further embed the brand within the region.
This is a field based role suited to someone who thrives on autonomy, enjoys being on the road and can genuinely connect with customers, whether that is in a polished showroom or a regional retail store. You will be well supported with tools, travel allowances and the backing of a people first Australian business.
Key Responsibilities
* Build, maintain and grow strong relationships with wholesale and B2B customers
* Regularly visit accounts across Southern Queensland to present new ranges and promotions
* Act as a trusted brand ambassador at field days, trade shows and industry events
* Share market insights and customer feedback with internal sales and product teams
* Effectively balance face to face account management with remote follow ups and admin
What We Are Looking For
* Experience in sales, retail leadership or account management
* A genuine people person who values trust, service and long term relationships
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to self manage a territory
* An appreciation for country living, regional retail or lifestyle and equestrian products
* Confidence engaging with both corporate partners and rural customers
* Open to retail professionals ready to step into a wholesale facing role
* A current drivers licence and comfort with regional travel
