Scheduler Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to manage the scheduling of our commercial maintenance, emergency works, and occasional project work.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate daily commercial plumbing and gas maintenance works
* Manage urgent callouts and prioritise jobs accordingly
* Allocate technicians and manage workflows through an efficient system
* Communicate clearly with clients, contractors, and internal teams
* Maintain accurate job records and updates
* Monitor progress and adjust schedules as priorities shift
* Support project work with planning and labour allocation
* Identify delays and bottlenecks, providing solutions-focused responses
* Collaborate closely with operations and field teams for seamless delivery

* Strong coordination skills and attention to detail
* Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Experience in scheduling or a related field
