Responsibilities:
* Will utilize artistic abilities to deliver an in-store experience focused on customer satisfaction, by ensuring an excellent and exciting shopping experience.
* Guarantee proper brand storytelling with customers by understanding the Golden Goose brand and values.
* Communicate product knowledge and accurately describe the items and customization options.
* Anticipate and cater to customer needs with empathy and high level of customized customer service.
* Co-create special and unique items through the 'LAB Experience'
* Proactively stay informed and up-to-date on product information.
* Participate as \"one team\", supporting to accomplish team goals and maximize sales.
* Strictly follow Golden Goose procedures, policies and guidance for all activities, including co-creation.
* Travel to Sneaker Maker Tour events, as needed.
* Act as a Sales Associate when not 'on tour' or co-creating (i.e. selling on the floor, pre and after sales activities, stockroom, client reach out).
Qualifications:
* An artistic skillset (painting, drawing, sketching, doodling!)
* Self-motivated with positive attitude and professional selling techniques
* Good customer focus with strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
* Can speak more than one language will be plus.
* Can work either weekdays and weekends
