Audi Centre Five Dock is owned by Autosports Group (ASG) which is a large, listed retail automotive group representing the world's greatest prestige and luxury automotive brands and has over 200 employees across over 70 dealerships in NSW/VIC/QLD and NZ.
Currently we are looking for a Service Advisor to join the team in Five Dock.
As the service advisor, you will be responsible for:
Greeting and assisting customers for the service department and updating customers on the status of their vehicle.
Explain service options and process.
Communicate with colleagues to schedule and complete the necessary repairs.
Order parts where applicable.
Update customer database as required and complete all relevant paperwork.
Follow manufacturer and dealership warranty policies effectively and efficiently.
Preparing Repair Order and Job Sheets in preparation of customer requests to be executed through the workshop for prompt invoicing.
To be successful you will have:
Prior experience as a Service Advisor will be highly regarded.
The ability to work cooperatively in a team and autonomously within a fast-paced setting.
Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
Strong computer and literacy skills.
A current driver's licence
