About the role
The Cyber OT Engineer works closely with APAC stakeholders to ensure cyber security controls and solutions are designed, configured, and deployed in line with organisational standards and industry best practice. The role provides technical expertise for OT environments, focusing on secure network design, firewall configuration, and access control.
What you need to succeed
Qualifications in Information Systems, Cyber Security, Networks, or a related discipline.
6+ years in Technology roles, with at least 3 years specifically in Cyber Security.
Experience in network engineering, including configuration and change management.
Proven ability to manage security, identity, and network technologies in highly segmented or isolated environments where availability is critical.
Solid hands-on experience with security technologies such as EDR, remote access, HSMs, and application control.
Familiarity with control systems (e.g. SCADA, PLCs) and industrial networking principles.
Experience deploying and implementing domain and related services in isolated environments (DNS, AD, etc.).
Solid written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop security processes, procedures, and transition-to-operations documentation.
Ability to apply broad knowledge of network, infrastructure, and cybersecurity to resolve evolving challenges.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications and Certifications
Tertiary qualifications in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Industry certifications such as CISSP, CCNA, CCNP, Security+, GSEC, GICSP.
