Job Summary:
This role is part of a global construction company's team, focused on supporting contract documentation and site administration.
Main Responsibilities:
* Prepare and manage contract documents, and participate in the tendering process.
* Promote and enforce safety, environment, and quality policies to ensure a secure workplace.
* Assist with trade package tendering, including compiling and reviewing tender documents.
* Manage project files and ensure timely issue of documentation.
About You:
Relevant studies in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field are essential.
* Ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships at all project levels.
* Demonstrated capacity to work independently using initiative, sound judgment, and decision-making skills.
