Regulatory Analyst

What You’ll Be Doing
- Engage and communicate directly with Employers, Auditors and Accountants to deliver on the annual schedule for Employer Audits.
- Manage the collection of Audit reports across the calendar and financial years: track, document and store audit reports.
- Review Audit reports to determine if non‑compliance or further action is required.
- Develop action plans and engage with internal stakeholders to support resolution of Employer non‑compliance.
- Manage the program of non‑compliance resolution (track, update, report).
- Engage and communicate directly with Employers, Administrators and Liquidators in relation to the insolvency and Creditor processes.
- Develop action plans to manage the Insolvency and Creditor processes.
- Manage the program of Employer Insolvency through to resolution or closure (track, update, report).
- Prepare and manage all documentation related to the Creditor process (Proof of Debt, Legal Documents, Creditors Reports, etc.).

- Ability to understand and apply legislation, processes and procedures within a highly regulated environment.
- Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Capacity to communicate and consult with a wide range of stakeholders confidently and effectively.
- Competence in translating complex information and concepts in a clear, concise and actionable manner.
- Expertise in applying best‑practice consultation principles and tools.
- Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and lead positive change in processes.
- Ability to work both as part of a team and autonomously, taking initiative in proposing suitable recommendations.
- Skill in providing feedback, supporting and educating peers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills.
Bachelor’s degree or professional certifications (highly desirable).
