The Event Coordinator is an essential and dynamic role within Outstaffer, focused on orchestrating a variety of events that enhance our brand presence and foster business relationships globally. This role requires the coordination of monthly virtual and quarterly in-person events, integrating strategic marketing, content creation, and post-event follow-up to convert attendees into sales leads. The successful candidate will manage all facets of event planning and execution, ensuring each event is engaging, professionally managed, and effectively promotes Outstaffer and the Outstaffer Platform.

Role Objectives
* To plan, coordinate, and execute 1-2 virtual events per month and 1 in-person event each quarter, aimed at enhancing Outstaffer's brand presence and engagement with industry and customers.
* Leverage professional event management skills to enhance participant experience and facilitate seamless integration of event logistics with Outstaffer's strategic marketing and sales objectives.
* Utilize virtual platforms and in-person settings to foster relationships with potential sales leads, partners, and influencers within the industry.
What you bring
* Demonstrable experience in event coordination within technology or global business environments, adept at managing both in-person and virtual events using platforms like LinkedIn and Zoom.
* Proficient in project management, adept at orchestrating multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
* Knowledge of KPIs and marketing techniques for event management, capable of leveraging these insights to enhance event reach and effectiveness.
* Excellent organizational skills, enabling smooth planning and execution of complex events, including meticulous attention to detail and issue resolution.
* Outstanding communication skills, proficient in hosting virtual events, introducing speakers, and effectively supporting MCs, along with strong capabilities in phone communication for direct event discussions.
* Experienced creating engaging and impactful promotional content for events and ensuring high-quality post-event coverage.
* Skilled in building and sustaining relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including industry experts, members of parliament, and event partners, to enhance event quality and engagement.
* Customer-service oriented, with a focus on enhancing attendee experience and ensuring all participants' needs are met.
* Proven leadership abilities, capable of guiding teams towards achieving collective event goals and fostering a collaborative environment.
* Ability to design and execute targeted marketing campaigns to drive event attendance and maximize engagement, utilizing strategic content publication on LinkedIn and other platforms.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and coordinate a consistent schedule of events, including virtual events on LinkedIn and Zoom, and quarterly in-person events that require video recording and live streaming.
* Manage all aspects of event logistics, from venue selection and setup to coordinating with technology providers for smooth execution of virtual and live-streamed sessions.
* Execute effective marketing strategies to promote each event, attract attendees, and follow up with participants to convert them into qualified sales leads.
* Collaborate with content creators to produce and edit videos and highlights for each event, ensuring all content aligns with Outstaffer's branding and communications standards.
* Maintain close communication with event speakers and panelists, ensuring they are well-prepared and their contributions align with the event themes and objectives.
* Oversee budget management and logistical preparations to ensure events are both impactful and cost-effective.
* Conduct post-event analyses to gauge effectiveness and gather insights for improving future events.
