What you will do
Process and reconcile weekly site revenue, maintaining accurate balance sheet and accounts receivable reconciliations
Prepare, issue and reconcile customer invoices, manage receipting and debtor accounts, and resolve discrepancies promptly
Monitor aged receivables, follow up overdue payments and escalation high-risk accounts as required
Conduct supplier and customer account reconciliations and investigate variances to closure
Assist with monthly financial reporting, maintaining audit-ready documentation and compliance with internal policies and external standards
Partner with site operations and the finance team to improve processes, communicate updates clearly and meet business deadlines
More about you
Certificate IV or Diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related field
Experience in accounts receivable and end-to-end invoicing/collections
Familiarity with financial systems and POS platforms; hospitality or gaming sector experience, desirable
Attention to detail, strong initiative and problem-solving ability, and time management in fast-paced settings
Strong financial acumen and clear communication with internal teams and external clients
High level of confidentiality and collaboration; models Delaware North leadership capabilities and values
