Role Overview: The position of Resident Care & Wellbeing/Lifestyle Assistant is designed to deliver impactful lifestyle programs that positively affect the physiological, physical, and emotional well-being of residents.
About You: We seek individuals with experience delivering engaging lifestyle programs and a Certificate III/IV in Individual Support (Ageing or equivalent). A Certificate IV or Diploma in Lifestyle and Leisure is highly desirable for this role.
Key Responsibilities: Our ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing lifestyle programs that cater to the diverse needs and preferences of our residents. This includes developing and leading activities, events, and initiatives that promote overall well-being and quality of life.
Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
