What You'll Be Doing

• Assisting sales agents with listings, open homes, and client meetings
• Learning how property deals happen from listing to settlement
• Generating leads through calls, door knocking, and database follow-ups
• Helping coordinate marketing campaigns and property launches
• Supporting open homes and buyer inspections
• Maintaining client databases and assisting with daily sales tasks
• Learning real estate systems, negotiation processes, and industry tools

This role gives you real hands‐on experience in property sales, not just office admin.

Who We're Looking For

• A genuine interest in real estate and a desire to build a long‐term career

• A valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
• Experience in real estate or sales is a bonus but not required
