Key Responsibilities:

* Proactively drive the commercial success of four Northern Territory hotels
* Maximize all Conference and Event commercial opportunities
* Review business plans, identifying gaps, and proactively filling capacity to meet targets
* Contribute to the hotels' commercial strategy and ensure departmental adherence
* Understand the competitive marketplace and implement strategies to stay ahead
* Account manage regular event clients
* Develop the Event Sales Team for career progression and succession planning
* Support hotel promotional activities

Requirements:

* Experience in a Conference and Events Sales role within the hotel/leisure sector
* Strong analytical skills to interpret business indicators and market trends
* Excellent sales, conversion, and coaching abilities
* Strong planning and organizational skills
* Responsibility, resilience, and ability to work under pressure
* Flexibility in handling various work situations

Preferred Qualifications:

* Knowledge of hotel property management systems
* Previous similar role experience
