We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Branch Administrator to coordinate our rental operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate equipment availability and timely delivery to customers ensuring seamless experience.
* Liaise with customers to provide quotations, confirm orders, and handle inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
* Work closely with the operations team to schedule servicing and ensure readiness for deployment.
* Manage rental agreements and contracts ensuring accuracy and up-to-dateness.
* Monitor fleet’s availability and condition, coordinating maintenance and repairs as needed.
* Assist logistics of equipment mobilization and demobilization.
* Provide excellent customer service resolving issues and maintaining relationships.
