About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site GP position.
You’ll work Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.
No after-hours. No weekend requirements.
The Role Offers:

* Anticipated earnings of $300,000+ p.a. based on a 38-hour week
* Guaranteed $1,200 per 7.5-hour day for your first three months so you’re not relying on immediate billings

* Opportunity to be involved in RACGP faculty training and mentor Level 1 GPs under supervision
The clinic is established and community-focused, with nurses and healthcare professionals working alongside you to keep care coordinated and efficient.
You’re not practising in isolation. You’ll collaborate with nurses and visiting specialists, with a steady patient base and consistent weekday flow.
It’s comprehensive primary care, done properly, without after-hours bleed into your personal time.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Providing comprehensive primary care across a broad patient demographic
* Diagnosing, treating, and managing acute and chronic conditions
* Working collaboratively with nursing staff and allied health
* Mentoring and supervising Level 1 GPs as part of RACGP faculty involvement
* Contributing to ongoing education and professional development activities
What You Need
* Current AHPRA registration
* FRACGP or RACGP membership
* Experience delivering comprehensive general practice care
* Confidence working independently within a mixed billing environment
* Interest in mentoring and supporting junior doctors
This is a clean, structured full-time GP role in the Whitsundays with strong earning potential and no after-hours expectations.
