The firm is looking to recruit a lawyer with 5+ years PAE.
About the Role Handle a diverse range of commercial disputes with focus on construction matters, property disputes, and commercial litigation.
Work directly with clients and partners on complex and challenging commercial litigation matters.
Take on additional responsibility with autonomy while performing to high standards in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive legal research and draft pleadings for court proceedings.
Prepare detailed documentation for litigation matters.
Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to develop effective litigation strategies.
Attend court hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations on behalf of clients.
Provide strategic legal advice and guidance to clients on complex legal issues.
Mentoring and supervising junior lawyers.
Development of systematic litigation processes.
Identify key issues in legal matters and provide outcome-focused solutions.
5+ years post-qualification experience in commercial litigation.
Proven experience and strong knowledge of commercial litigation disputes in private practice.
Superior analytical, research, communication and drafting skills.
Demonstrated ability to identify key issues in complex legal matters.
Strong commitment to excellence and attention to detail.
Sound judgement with a proactive, innovative and outcome-focused approach.
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team environment.
