Our corporate technology group are currently seeking an experienced IDAM Analyst to join our Melbourne team on a full time, permanent basis.
About the Role
This new role will be supporting a range of IDAM related activities within the Corporate Technology Group including a mix of operational and compliance tasks. In practical terms this role will focus on supporting the access and authentication processes within Service Stream’s IT systems and implementing and improving IDAM capabilities across the IT Function. Responsibilities:
5. Ensure effective provisioning and de-provisioning of access to IT assets in accordance with Service Stream’s policies, standards and procedures.
6. Maintain up-to-date records in the corporate identity and access management solution (a hybrid solution including on prem Active Directory/Azure AD and including single sign-on (SSO) systems.
7. Administer user roles and permissions based on job roles and business requirements.
8. Perform regular access reviews to ensure compliance with access management & security standards and regulatory requirements.
9. Investigate and resolve access-related issues and inquiries from end-users and stakeholders.
10. Maintain documentation related to identity and access management processes, procedures, and configurations.
11. Participate in security audits and assessments related to identity and access management practices.
12. Assess and address risks associated with user access privileges and entitlements.
13. Monitor and maintain the effectiveness of multi-factor authentication (MFA) solutions.
14. Collaborate with application owners to integrate applications with the identity management system.
15. Work with HR and other departments to ensure timely and accurate onboarding and offboarding processes.
16. Assist in defining and maintaining identity and access management standards and guidelines.
About you:
17. Minimum of 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience in identity and access management (IDAM).
18. Strong analytical skills, and extensive experience with the “end-to-end” IDAM lifecycle processes will be critical for this role.
19. Strong familiarity with Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Privilege Accounts management processes and tools is a strong requirement for this role.
20. Hands on experience with provisioning, de-provisioning, access controls, identity governance, role-based access controls.
21. Good understanding of Cloud Services and Cloud based IT Assets (specifically AWS and Azure Cloud Platforms) and their respective IDAM capabilities.
22. Strong, effective communication skills and problem-solving abilities are essential.
23. Tertiary degree in IT Management, Computer Science, or related discipline and/or formal IDAM or IDAM-related Certification highly advantageous.
