Electronics Chemistry Specialist

Job Responsibilities

The incumbent will perform receiving inspections, in-process inspections, and outgoing inspections for manufactured products.


Key Responsibilities Include:

* Receiving, in-process, and outgoing inspection of manufactured products.
* Assist laboratory supervisor on analyzing customer returns/customer complaints.
* Generate Certificate of Analysis (COA).
* Authorize signatures on COA.
* Record test results and input into Statistical Process Control (SPC).
* Review SPC trends and highlight any abnormalities.
* Issue Production Batch Tickets to production.
* Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment.
* Perform Measurement System Analysis.
* Liaise with vendors on equipment maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting.
* Ensure good housekeeping of the laboratory at all times.
* Perform other tasks as assigned.
* Able to perform overtime when required.


Qualifications

* Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related science disciplines from a four-year college or university.
* Experience in chemical analysis and operating laboratory instruments.
