We're a busy café on Morgan Street, open 7 days for breakfast and lunch. The kitchen runs clean, organised, and steady — no chaos, no yelling, just solid systems and people who know how to work.
About the Role
We're looking for a full‑time Chef who can hold their own on the line, manage their prep, and keep standards tight without needing someone over their shoulder. Pay is based on experience.
You'll be a good fit if you:
* Have a Cert III in Commercial Cookery or at least 2 years' experience in a commercial kitchen
* Possess experience working in any type of commercial kitchen environment
* Have full working rights in Australia (we can't offer sponsorship)
* Show up on time, every time, and take pride in consistent work
* Have strong attention to detail and can keep calm when it gets busy
* Can work weekends
* Follow systems, maintain prep, and plate to spec without fuss
