This boutique MSP has partnerships with a range of market leading tech providers and supports the latest and cutting edge technologies. **Your New Role**

Working as part of the team, this role will provide remote and onsite support to customers to oversee and assist in managing infrastructure & Cloud environments.

Some of the key tasks will include:

- Maintain a high level of customer service and attention to ensure SLA's are met.
- Provide IT expertise and issue resolution to clientele.
- Perform health checks & maintenance on customer networks & systems.
- Deploy, support & maintain managed service platforms
- Be actively involved in systems implementations / upgrades and hardware roll-out projects.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation and company knowledge is stored.

**About You**

To be successful, you will come from a technical support background (MSP preferably) and have a passion for IT and working with new technologies.

You take pride in finding solutions to complex issues for your customers and thrive in a fast paced and fun team environment, where no two days are the same.

Other attributes will include:

- Will hold a relevant IT qualification / Degree or comparable certification
- Has 'hands on' experience troubleshooting issues via phone or face to face interaction.
- A sound understanding of configuring and installing virtual environments.
- Skills with network switches, wireless access points and firewall support.
- Experience supporting Windows Servers and desktop operating systems.
- Administration experience with Active Directory, including group policy DNS and replication.
- Critical to your success will be your communication skills, you will be proactive and engaging in your style and have a customer centric work ethos
