A respected boutique Buyers Agency located southern Gold Coast is seeking a polished and motivated Buyers Agent Associate to support a driven senior Buyers Agent across high-value residential purchases.
This role is ideal for a well rounded professional with experience in real estate, property, sales or a similar industry. Someone looking to build a long-term career in Buyers Advocacy, working with high-net-worth clients and premium inner-city property.
Job Description:
* Source and research properties through agent outreach and market analysis
* Support Buyer’s Agents in client meetings, strategy sessions, and ongoing communication
* Conduct property analysis, due diligence, and prepare investment reports
* Coordinate inspections and manage communication across all parties
* Liaise with agents, brokers, solicitors, and key stakeholders
* Build and maintain strong industry relationships and manage CRM pipelines
* Attend inspections, auctions, and client meetings as needed
* Grow market knowledge and progress through training and mentoring
* Assist with occasional content creation and social media
About you:
* Strong interest in property with knowledge of finance and market trends
* Confident communicator with excellent people skills
* Quick to build rapport and adapt communication style
* High attention to detail
* Thrives in fast-paced, target-driven environments
* Proactive with a strong work ethic and flexible hours
* Real Estate Certificate/Licence (or willing to obtain)
* Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
