The Operations Manager - Rocklea will support our multi-user Rocklea MHF site and be responsible for managing all aspects of our BOC contract including driving safety performance, leading our operations team, improving financial results and engaging with our customers.
This role requires:
1. 5+ years experience in Logistics industry within a similar role
2. Knowledge of distribution best practice, including all areas of receiving, dispatching, inventory control and value-added services
3. Ability to lead and manage teams to achieve exceptional performance
4. Sound decision making ability along with excellent planning and analytical skills
5. Experience in controlling and reporting on contract performance/cost management
