This is a 3 days per week role that requires excellent organisational skills, the ability to multi-task and provide exceptional customer service. You will be the first point of contact for residents, visitors and staff, and will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front reception area.

Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with visitor enquiries and conducting home tours.
- Maintaining files and documentation.
- General administration and data entry.
- Stationery ordering and petty cash management.
- Assisting with staff rosters and training schedules.
- Ensure efficient operation of the front reception area.

Requirements
- Previous experience working in a busy reception role.
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in an autonomous capacity.
- Strong accuracy and data entry skills.
- PC literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Word and Excel).
- Ability to learn internal software systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding communication, telephone and customer service skills.
- Experience working within a busy and constantly changing environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Bright and friendly demeanour, with a willingness to assist with all customer and resident enquiries.
