Role purpose
We have an opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to be part of our PoliceLink Command team. The role supports customer service delivery by responding to and processing urgent (including Triple Zero (000) calls) and non-urgent enquiries and contacts from customers to the NSW Police Force.
Responsibilities
Respond to and process urgent and non-urgent enquiries from customers, including Triple Zero (000) calls.
Provide customer service delivery as part of the PoliceLink Command team.
Support 24/7 service coverage through rotational shift work.
Complete training in all PoliceLink business streams and Certificate III in Public Safety.
Qualifications & Requirements
Be committed to rotational shift work to cover 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
Provide a FULL birth certificate when required.
Willingness to undertake and successfully complete training in all PoliceLink business streams and Certificate III in Public Safety.
Eligibility to work in Australia (permanent resident or NZ citizen as per application requirements).

Total Remuneration Package: Base salary ranges from $75,728 to $82,329 plus employer's superannuation contribution of 12% and annual leave loading.
