About the Role
The Regional Operations Manager is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing farm operations across multiple sites within the Riverina region. This role will provide strategic guidance and operational management, ensuring best-practice performance, safety, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide expert support to farm managers and other key on-farm staff to drive business outcomes.
* Work collaboratively with stakeholders to develop and implement operational plans, budgets, and reporting strategies.
* Oversee team performance, talent development, and succession planning to ensure high-functioning teams.
* Cultivate strong relationships with local suppliers and partners to foster mutually beneficial partnerships.
* Maintain accurate records, reports, and data analysis to inform business decisions.
Development Opportunities
