About the role Permanent full time roleManagement of staff including appropriate rostering and associated human resource management tasks including recruitment and selection, relevant staff orientation and management, and performance appraisal.Work in partnership with the Director of Oral Health to plan, develop and coordinate dental and oral health therapy services taking responsibility for day-to-day management of a diverse team.RequirementsCertificate IV in dental assisting (or enrolled in Certificate IV in dental assisting) is essential.
