Working within a collaborative, purpose-driven team, you will coordinate projects of varying size and complexity, translating strategic priorities into measurable outcomes. This hands-on role involves supporting student-led initiatives, developing resources, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and with impact.Key responsibilities will include:* Support the planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of projects to ensure deliverables are achieved on time, within scope and aligned to strategic objectives.* Develop and maintain team resources, operating procedures, project documentation, track milestones and reporting, coordinate meetings, and ensure governance and project processes are followed.* Liaise with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, facilitating effective engagement and ensuring accurate, timely communication across multiple channels.* Contribute to initiatives that enhance access and inclusion, including student engagement activities, resource development, and projects such as the Neurodivergent Hub.This is a full-time (100%), fixed term/secondment opportunity at HEW Level 06, backfilling a current employee who is on secondment until 31 December 2026.# **About You*** A relevant bachelor's degree, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education/training.* Demonstrated experience supporting or coordinating projects, with the ability to manage project activities, documentation, timelines and reporting across multiple initiatives.* Confident engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders and can communicate effectively to build relationships, manage expectations and provide clear project updates.* You thrive in fast-paced environments, can juggle competing priorities, and consistently deliver outcomes within tight timeframes.* Strong written and verbal communication skills and enjoy contributing ideas, developing resources, and helping turn concepts into practical, evaluated outcomes* Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Blue Card.Appointment to this role is subject to the successful completion of relevant pre-employment checks, which may include verification of the right to work in Australia, criminal history checks, and other role-specific requirements such as Blue Card checks.
