Asset Manager
to lead the way in optimising asset performance, ensuring compliance and supporting long term sustainability

In This Role, You Will
* Develop and deliver asset management plans that align with our strategic goals.
* Maintain a comprehensive and accurate asset register and lifecycle documentation.
* Oversee ICT assets and manage vendor contracts to ensure optimal value and performance.
* Coordinate preventative and reactive maintenance across Marathon Health and headspace property sites.
* Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely repairs and servicing.
* Manage the fleet contract, ensuring vehicles are utilised effectively within lease parameters.
* Ensure all relevant insurances are current and claims are actioned promptly.

What We're Looking For
* Proven expertise in asset management, facilities management, or a closely related field, with a track record of delivering results.
* Strong understanding of asset lifecycle principles, regulatory compliance, and safety standards within the Australian context.
* Exceptional organisational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage complex data and translate insights into action.
* Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, enabling you to build strong relationships across teams and with external partners.
* Experience in the not-for-profit sector is highly desirable, especially in environments where community impact and resource optimisation are key.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in asset management, engineering, business, or a related discipline.
