Facilities Coordinator Opportunity

As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the day-to-day delivery of facility management services.

Job Description:

* Coordinate service and facilities professionals in response to customer requests
* Account administration and support the facilities management team as well as clients
* Compliance Management including all WHS commitments and milestones
* Assist with planning reactive and preventative maintenance resourcing and schedules
* Project support to all Facilities Managers and Site Coordinators
* Evaluate the work order management system effectiveness, responding to customer queries, and pre-empting any issues

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Previous experience in an operational & administrative facilities role
* The ability to quickly adapt to new technology & software's
* Strong written & verbal communication with diverse internal & external stakeholders
* Excellent time management skills & strong attention to detail
* The ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
* Exceptional customer service and stakeholder management
