The Role
- Greeting customers and providing excellent customer service
- Giving advice and solutions to customers
- Achieving KPIs and sales budgets
- Processing sales orders and quotes
- Work in a team environment to help achieve business objectives.
- Stocking shelves with merchandise and general housekeeping
- Set up in-store promotions and merchandising.
- Be involved in stock control and management.
- Receipting, managing, and ticketing large amounts of stock.
- Being responsible for processing cash and card payments.
- Dealing with customer refunds
- Reporting discrepancies and problems to the management team
- Other tasks and duties as required.
Skills & Experience
To be considered for the role, applicants will need to meet the following criteria:
- Previous sales experience highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Driven to achieve and exceed targets.
- Entrepreneurial by nature driven to financially excel.

- Experience in pool products and service not essential but would be viewed favourably.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $21.38 - $36.79 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
