**Your new role**
As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and achieving sales targets.
**Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.- Identify new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and negotiate contracts.- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to enhance customer satisfaction and drive growth.
**What you'll need to succeed**- Prior experience in water treatment and activated carbon is preferred- Sales leadership experience gained within an engineering, gold mining supplies, water treatment, waste management or otherwise relevant corporation- Self-motivated with attention to detail- Committed to customer satisfaction, confidentiality and ability manage proprietary data- A team leader who displays professionalism, a high level of ethics and credibility
