About the role
We are seeking experienced Bar Supervisor, Wait Staff and Cocktail Staff to join our dynamic team at the Riverbank Moama in Moama, NSW. As a part-time role, you will play a crucial part in providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable dining experience for our guests.
What you'll be doing
* Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional service
* Take food and beverage orders and process payments efficiently
* Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails, wines, beers and other beverages
* Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all equipment and glassware are properly sanitized
* Assist with stocking and inventory management of bar and dining supplies
* Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service
* Troubleshoot guest queries and provide outstanding customer service
What we're looking for
* Previous experience as a Wait Staff, Bar Supervisor or Cocktail Staff in a hospitality environment
* Strong customer service skills and the ability to provide a warm and friendly service
* Knowledge of cocktail preparation, wine and beer service
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to exceeding guest expectations
* Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
