This role is focused on one thing: getting our agent network engaged and consistently quoting.
We currently have around 80 agents across Australia. Most of them are capable of selling. The opportunity is in increasing engagement, improving consistency, and building a stronger overall network.
We’re looking for someone to take ownership of that.
This is not a purely strategic role. It’s a hands‑on position working closely with agents on a daily basis to improve performance and drive results.
What you’ll be doing
Speaking with agents regularly and building strong working relationships
Supporting agents to improve their sales approach and overall performance
Monitoring engagement and conversion across the network
Identifying underperformance and addressing it directly
Onboarding new agents and supporting them to become productive
Working with internal teams to support agent growth
Tracking results and contributing to planning and forecasting
You’ll be managing approximately 80 agents initially, with plans to grow the network over time.

About you
You’re comfortable speaking with people throughout the day and building rapport quickly
You can work effectively with practical, down‑to‑earth business owners
You’re confident having direct conversations when performance isn’t where it should be
You take ownership of your work and follow things through
You’re organised and able to manage multiple priorities
Experience in sales is important. Experience in construction, sheds, or working with agent or dealer networks is highly regarded.
Strong computer skills and the ability to work with systems and data are essential.

You’ll deal with similar issues on a regular basis
You’ll spend a large portion of your day on the phone
You’ll need to manage underperformance and make difficult decisions where required
What we offer
$70,000 – $90,000 + super (depending on experience)
4-day work week (in‑office role)
